- Your engagement within the Application, including:

- AI Agent creation or usage
- usage of all features, data, or services offered within the Application.
These Terms are provided alongside the Application’s Privacy Policy, which can be found here. Please read these Terms carefully as they outline:
- Your rights as a User.
- The rights of the Application.
- The usage of third-party applications.
- The Application’s disclaimer of warranties.
- Your agreement to jurisdiction in the context of legal action.
You may not interact with the Application unless you agree to these Terms and the terms within the Privacy Policy. Your usage of the Application constitutes your full, irrevocable agreement to, and compliance with, these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

By using the Application, you confirm you are of legal age to use the tools and services provided by the Application as dictated and allowed by the governing law within your own jurisdiction. You acknowledge that understanding and obeying the laws within your jurisdiction is your responsibility and not that of the Application.
Substantial effort, expense, and investment have gone into creating, developing, and providing the Application. Users are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, and non-transferable license to use the Application. By using the Application, you agree not to use the services and features provided by the Application for any commercial purposes unless explicitly agreed to in advance, in writing, by the Granary Foundation.
You agree and acknowledge that you have no other rights to the Application, its content, or its services, and agree to not copy, edit, modify, distribute, reproduce, publish, display, license, sell, loan, create derivative works of, reverse engineer, or provide external access to the Application. Breaching these Terms will immediately terminate your license. The Application reserves all rights to ownership and legal action in response to violations.
Users may not:
- Copy, clone, or modify the data, features, or services provided by the Application.
- Reproduce or create derivative works from data, features, or services provided by the Application.
- Trade, sell, loan, or license your access to the Application’s data, features, or services.
- Extract data via data mining, scraping, or crawling tools.
- Make excessive data requests that interfere with other Users’ experiences.
- Impose undue burdens on the Application that hinder its performance for other Users.
- Restrict or inhibit other Users from using the Application.
- Introduce malware, viruses, or security risks to the Application.
- Violate or circumvent the Application’s security measures.
- Gain unauthorized access to the Application’s systems or networks.
- Use the Application for illegal activities or to violate laws in your jurisdiction.
For External Wallets
The Application does not control assets in your cryptocurrency wallet. By connecting your wallet to the Application, you allow the Application to:
- Read and display your portfolio and holdings.
- Conduct financial transactions you initiate and approve.
- Associate your financial activity with your connected wallet.
The Application is not liable for any errors, losses, or security issues related to your use of external wallets.
For Wallets Created by the Application
When creating a new wallet within the Application, the Application will hold the private keys to that wallet. By creating a wallet, you allow the Application to:
- Read and display your portfolio and holdings.
- Conduct financial transactions you initiate and approve.
- Associate your financial activity with the wallet.
The Application is not liable for errors, losses, or security issues related to wallets created within the Application.
The Application reserves the right to limit or prohibit the use of its products or services to any User, in any jurisdiction, for any reason. Additionally, the Application may:
- Limit the total number of Users who can access the Application.
- Modify, change, or discontinue features or services without notice.
- Adjust pricing for features and services as necessary.
The Application is not responsible for refunds or reimbursements related to modifications, cancellations, or pricing changes. Users understand that paid tiers may be introduced for existing or future features and services and are responsible for ensuring accurate payment information is provided.
The Application leverages third-party tools, links, and services to provide its features. Users acknowledge that:
- The Application does not control third-party content or services.
- Users must perform their own due diligence when interacting with third-party vendors.
- Third-party services provided by the Application do not constitute endorsements or recommendations.
The Application reserves the right to add, remove, or modify third-party integrations at its discretion.
The Application is wholly owned by the Granary Foundation. Users are granted no ownership or modification rights. Users agree not to:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute Application data, features, or content.
- Use the Application’s trademarks, branding, or visual identity without prior consent.
Violating these Terms may result in legal action and monetary damages.
All communications from Users are treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. By submitting feedback, Users assign all rights, title, and interest in their suggestions to the Application. The Application reserves the right to use feedback to improve its features or services without attribution or compensation.
The Application and the Granary Foundation disclaim all representations and warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Application is provided “as is,” without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free service.
- The Application is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
Users assume full responsibility for any losses resulting from their misuse of the Application, including loss of private keys or interactions with non-compliant wallets.
The Application reserves the right to suspend, revoke, or terminate access at its sole discretion, without notice or refund.
Using the Application does not establish any joint venture, partnership, or agency relationship between Users and the Application.
The Application is not liable for delays or disruptions caused by events beyond its control, including natural disasters, acts of war, or technical failures.
Users waive their right to sue in court or hold a jury trial. All disputes will be resolved via arbitration.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands. Disputes will first be submitted to arbitration in the Cayman Islands and, if necessary, resolved exclusively in Cayman Islands courts.
The Application may modify these Terms or discontinue its services at any time without notice. Users agree to release the Application from liability resulting from such changes.
The Application cooperates with law enforcement and regulatory authorities as required. Users consent to their information being shared to comply with investigations or legal proceedings.
The Application does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. Users are solely responsible for researching and understanding digital assets before making decisions. The Application is not liable for losses related to investments or interactions with digital assets.
